    I take my coffee only with milk that I brew at home. It suppresses appetite, and the caffeine improves my running and workouts.

      I’m with you there. Caffeine actually seems to help with my migraines.

    I can’t last a day without drinking coffee, I drink at least 3 to 5 cups of coffee a day.
